Good morning everyone! It’s another Tuesday Morning here in rainy Yorkshire, and as you can probably guess – its pouring it down. I don’t know why but we’ve had a lot of rain in the past couple of weeks, and I mean a LOT! I think there’s only been one fully dry day.
So when it starts top rain, we are all sat inside, staring out at the wet outside and day dreaming about the blaring sun. It also makes us think deeply about our lives, getting us motivated and prepared to revamp our lifestyles up for when the sun eventually does come out.
Personally, reader I like my living room to be cosy and comfortable, especially as the rain often keeps me inside. Recently I have designed an elaborate design for my perfect rainy day living room and I think you will enjoy reading about 2what I have come up with. Firstly, as my living room is quite big, it means I want several different features to shine brightly despite the miserable weather.
So to start off this glowing room I have the Cube Light Large Square Bookcase, which encompasses traditional yet chic design – after all there’s nothing quite like a thrilling book on a gloomy Sunday afternoon. I can also put all my collectibles on here. To compliment this, I have the Light Cube S Side Table beside my leather sofa for that modern twist, and it’s also perfect for my antique lamps!
Now for my TV Corner! To contrast against my cream walls I have the magnificent Cube Light Open TV/Media Unit, which matches my bookcase and side tables almost perfectly. The cube Light Range is 100% naturally sourced Indian Sheesham Wood – so I definitely know this quality of wood will last me for many English rainy days.
As a complete round off for my already thriving living room, I’m thinking of the Cube Light 4 Drawer Coffee Table because it is the finishing touch to hold my steaming hot chocolate, and my favourite book whilst I watch some good TV.
Well reader, that’s the blog for today. I hope you enjoyed my design that I came up with – I just cant help it in these miserable conditions. I hope the weather is a bit happier wherever you are and I wish you a good Tuesday!
